Compare and Contrast

Most people think that the more money one spends on something, the better the product is. However, sometimes one can find a good product at a reasonable price. For instance, houses in Riverside and Los Angeles may look similar but they are very different in price; houses in Riverside are a better value. Also, cars in New York and Los Angeles may look similar but they are very different in price; cars in New York are a better value, so the more money doesn't mean one spends on something.

I think the housing prices are why many people have moved to Riverside.
